Hyderabad: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has officially released the notification for TG EAPCET 2026. The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test will be conducted on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education for admissions into professional undergraduate courses for the academic year 2026 to 27.

Students must choose the stream carefully while submitting the application based on their Intermediate subjects.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
Be Indian Nationals, PIO or OCI card holders
Belong to Telangana and satisfy local or non local status rules
Have completed or appeared for Intermediate 10 plus 2 or equivalent
Age Criteria
For Engineering and Pharmacy courses: Minimum 16 years as on 31 December 2026
For Agriculture related courses: Minimum 17 years, upper age limit 22 years, 25 years for SC and ST candidates
Minimum Marks
45 percent aggregate in MPC or BiPC subjects
40 percent for reserved category candidates
Special eligibility rules apply for B.V.Sc and AH admissions including minimum 50 percent in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for general category candidates.

Registration Fee
Rs. 900 for general candidates for one stream

Late fee charges range from Rs. 250 to Rs. 10,000 depending on the date of submission.

Normalization Process
Since TG EAPCET 2026 will be conducted in multiple sessions, a normalization procedure will be adopted to ensure fairness. Marks may slightly increase or decrease depending on session difficulty, but ranking will be based on normalized scores.
Ranking Criteria
Ranks will be allotted purely based on normalized marks obtained in TG EAPCET 2026. There are no qualifying marks prescribed for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.
Special Note for Architecture Aspirants
Candidates interested in B.Arch admissions must appear for NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. A separate counseling notification will be issued.
