JNTUH Implementation of Biometric Attendance To all the educational Institutions from 01-10-2022
JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) Vide reference cited above, the CTE, Hyderabad, Telangana is directing to all the Principals / Directors of all the Constituent Colleges / Units, Autonomous Colleges, and Affiliated Colleges for implementation of the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) for the students as well as staff in all the Higher Educational Institutions for calculating the attendance across the state as required for promoting the students to the higher classes and also for the purpose of their e-pass Scholarship/Fee reimbursement, etc., Similarly, the Biometric Attendance needs to be used for calculating the duty period of the staff, both teaching, and non-teaching and also for calculating their leaves and issue instructions accordingly under intimation to the Government.
Therefore, the Principals / Directors of all the Constituent Colleges / Units, Autonomous Colleges, and Affiliated Colleges of INTUH are hereby informed to note the same and instruct to implement the Biometric Attendance (AEBAS) in all the Educational Institutions from 01.10.2022 without fail.
