Letter to Autonomus colleges
All the JNTUH autonomous colleges offering B.Tech. / B.Pharm / MBA Courses.
All
the Principals of autonomous colleges who desired to avail JNTUH non-autonomous
colleges as test centres for their students, are informed to go through the
University final semester exam timetables kept in their respective principal portals
as well as in main website (jntuh.ac.in). In addition, following instructions
may be noted:
1)
The University semester
examinations shall be conducted on 16th, 18th, 20th,
25th and 27th September, 2020. The schedule of CET exams
necessitated to conduct the semester exams on two Sundays (20th and
27th September, 2020).
2)
Semester Exams are to be
conducted in two sessions; forenoon (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and afternoon (2:30
PM to 4:30 PM).
3)
Split
the branches in your exam timetables, such that your college students are
evenly distributed between forenoon
and afternoon sessions.
4)
Prepare
your final semester exams timetable to align with the above conditions.
5)
The
excel file of list of colleges in different districts which for acting as host
colleges for your students, shall be communicated to you on 08-09-2020.
6)
Please
go through the letter (for non-autonomous colleges) wrt the guidelines to
comply with Covid-19 pandemic conditions and other important instructions (ref.
1).
