JNTUH Pharm.D / Pharm.D (PB) Project viva examiners are to be appointed by University
All the JNTUH non-autonomous Affiliated and Constituent colleges offering Pharm. D.& Pharm.D. (PB) courses have been conducting Project Viva-voce examination as per the academic regulations, at the end of fifth year for Pharm. D. and at the end of second year for Pharm.D. (PB) respectively. At present, the external examiners for the Project Viva-voce examinations are being appointed by the respective college Principals.
The external examiners for the Project Viva-voce examinations of all the other courses offered at JNTUH, namely M.Tech., M. Pharm., MBA, MCA, B.Tech.& B. Pharmacy have been appointed by the Director of Evolution of the University from the panels of examiners.
In view of the above, as per the reference cited, the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor has accorded permission to the Director of Evaluation of the University, to appoint the external examiners for the Project Viva-voce examinations of Pharm.D. & Pharm.D. (PB) courses from the panels of examiners, to bring the uniformity. These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
